I’m Christine. I host Berkeley Hills Stays: private Airbnb stays in a quiet residential part of the Berkeley Hills. This is a small guest-house site for those stays. Guests come for calm, parking or desk space, and a Hills base when a downtown hotel is not what they want.

Campus, downtown Berkeley, and Lawrence Berkeley Lab are a drive from here, not a walk. You’ll want a car or rideshare for school, Lab days, and most evenings out. Each stay has its own page with plain details on parking, laundry, and who it fits. You book on Airbnb from that page.

The stays

Four separate listing pages. Pick the one that matches your trip.

  1. Peaceful Berkeley Hills Home with Stunning Views — families or couples who want views, a full kitchen, and driveway parking
  2. Cozy and Private Berkeley Hills Studio Suite — solo short school or work stays (one overnight guest)
  3. Peaceful Garden Studio with Private Laundry — longer stays for 1–2 guests who want in-unit laundry
  4. Sunny Private Suite – 10 min to UC Berkeley — short visits for campus or Lab travelers (about a 10-minute drive; different address; Hills level only, no street number)

Three of the stays share one Hills address. The UC / Lab suite is at a different address. Parking, laundry, and amenity details live on each listing page.

Booking
